  • Proven competence in designing used oil analysis programs, and interpreting analysis of lubricant
    condition to extend and maximize equipment life.
  • Seven on staff available for used oil analysis and design of preventative maintenance programs.

Certified Metalworking Fluids Specialist (CMFS)

  • Certified through Society of Tribologists and Lubricating Engineers (STLE)
  • Verified knowledge, experience and education in the specialized field of metal removal and forming systems, tooling and metallurgy.
  • One on staff available for metalworking fluids selection, management, education, testing, filtration and waste management.

Certified Lubricating Grease Specialist (CLGS)

  • Certified through the National Lubricating Grease Institute (NLGI)
  • Tested competence in the field of grease including grease manufacturing, grease components, grease types and compatibility, approvals, applications, testing, trends and problem solving.
  • One on staff available for grease selection, application recommendations and trouble-shooting.

Certified Machine Lubrication Technicians (MLT I)

  • Certified through International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML).
  • Tested knowledge of lubrication fundamentals, as well as lubrication selection, contamination control, storage and handling, applications, and sampling methods and techniques.
  • Fifteen on staff to assist with lubricant selection, consolidation, sampling decisions, application methods and storage decisions.

Certified Machine Lubricant Analysts (MLA I)

  • Certified through International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML)
  • Demonstrated experience in oil sampling, lubricant analysis, machine conditon monitoring and data interpretation.
  • Ten on staff for assistance with oil sampling, problem detection, implementation of corrective action programs and trouble-shooting contaminated or degraded lubricant conditions.

  • Combined laboratory experience of more than 100 years.
  • Precise quality control, proper laboratory testing, data interpretation and program management.
